Bangkok, 4 April 2024 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is thrilled to announce that the forthcoming MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2025 will broaden its scope to include Chon Buri, a picturesque seaside province located just 80 kilometres from Bangkok.
The MICHELIN Guide Thailand is set to unveil its eighth annual edition in 2025, featuring Chon Buri, Bangkok’s nearest coastal gem, as its latest addition. This expansion underscores the guide’s commitment to showcasing the diverse and exceptional culinary offerings across Thailand’s provinces, enticing gourmands and travellers to embark on a gastronomic journey like no other.
Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guides, shared his excitement, stating, “Chon Buri offers a plethora of attractions for travellers – from stunning beaches and serene temples to vibrant cultural performances and eclectic dining options.
